September is officially here, and I’m so excited for autumn to begin! I love the cooler weather, the falling leaves, and the feeling of new beginnings as another school year starts (even though I haven’t been in school for years). It’s the perfect season for reading, and happily, there are numerous amazing new books coming out this month. Here are the dozens of books on my radar this September.
For this list, I’ve aimed to include a variety of genres and authors. These books range in setting (from Nigeria to Sweden to Brazil) and in genre (from memoirs to magical realism to horror). I love diverse reads – in every sense of the word – and I hope something here will pique your interest! Here are 43 incredible new books set for publication in September 2021.
